Für Seminarräume gilt: Max. Buchungsdauer = 72h. Buchungen über größere Zeitspannen sind mit der Wiederholungsfunktion zu tätigen.
Für die Leihe von IT-Equipment gilt dies nicht, obwohl Belegungkalender-Ansicht und Buchungsformular nahezu identisch sind.
Bitte beachten: Es gelten hier für Ausleih-Beginn/Ende die Geschäftszeiten der Abt. IT-OfficeNet.

The following applies to seminar rooms: Maximum booking duration = 72 hours. Bookings for longer periods must be made using the repeat function.
This does not apply to the rental of IT equipment, even though the occupancy calendar view and booking form are almost identical.
Please note: The business hours of the department IT-OfficeNet apply to the start and end of the rental period.
